Your quote is more than a number. It records what we are making, what is included and what both sides have approved.

Scope matters. Changes requested after approval are discussed before work continues. If they change the agreed project, they are treated as a new scope—not an automatic charge.

Is it free to submit a request?
Yes. Submission is free and does not create an order, reserve production time or require payment.
Will I receive an instant price?
No. Custom scope, scale, finish and delivery requirements are reviewed by a person before a complete quote is issued.
What files can I prepare?
Photographs, sketches, short video, drawings, measurements and authorised 3D files can all help. The secure form will explain the limits for each type.
Do I receive the digital 3D model?
The default commission is for the agreed physical object. A digital file is included only when it is explicitly listed in the quote.
Are duties and taxes included?
The quote states the shipping included and identifies destination duties or taxes separately where they cannot be collected in advance.
