02 · Send a private brief
Sign in when you are ready to add personal details or photos. Save, review and submit your brief; saving alone does not send it.
03 · Review your quote
We assess the references, dimensions and feasibility. Your quote defines the scope, costs and timing before you decide.
Then: accept the quote → approve one PayPal payment → review the design → explicitly approve the version for production → making and dispatch. Quote acceptance alone does not charge you or start work.
What should you budget for?
A couple and one pet is a three-subject project, not the same scope as a single figure. Size, pose complexity, accessories and finish all affect the total. Every piece receives an individual quote after review.
A simple starting scope
Two adults and one pet, familiar clothing, a simple seated pose and one shared base. Discuss approximate dimensions and any lettering in your private brief. This is a scope example, not a priced package.
Before you accept
Your written quote should identify design, making, agreed finish, packaging, shipping, any applicable taxes or duties, and included revisions. Extra subjects or changes need separate agreement.

Planning for an anniversary?
Tell us the destination country and the date you hope to receive it. Design, your feedback, making and shipping are separate parts of the schedule. We confirm destination feasibility, shipping costs and timing in the quote; a requested date is not a guaranteed arrival date.
Know what you are approving.

Your account keeps available references together for future ideas. A new pose, outfit or occasion still needs its own brief, review, quote and approval. Your private references are not a public portfolio.
