Sign in to add authorised photos, save your brief and submit it for human review. Saving a draft is not submission.
03 · Agree the scope
We check what can be made and provide an individual quote. Ask questions before accepting; a reference picture is not a fixed-price product.
After the quote: accept the scope → approve one PayPal payment → review the design → explicitly approve the version for making → production and dispatch. Each decision is separate.

Example scope to discuss
One pet, a simple seated pose and a small base. Include approximate dimensions and your three most important features. A second companion, larger scene or intricate accessory changes the scope.
What your quote should explain
Design, making, agreed finish, packaging, shipping, applicable taxes or duties, and included revisions. It should also explain what needs simplification and what is not included.

Use the photos you have.
Clear front and side views help, along with close-ups of important markings. If a view is missing, say so rather than inventing it. You only need images you are authorised to share. Upload them through your signed-in Reference library, not a public comment or an email attachment.
A design concept and a printed object are different.
The image above is an AI concept, not an Own Object delivery photograph. Printed pieces can show layer lines, seams and support marks. Fur, whiskers and small details may need to be simplified; colour and finish are agreed for your project. See size and finish considerations →
Tell us the destination country and your hoped-for arrival date. We review delivery feasibility, shipping costs and design, making and transit time before agreement. We do not advertise a fixed turnaround or guaranteed arrival.

Your private account can retain available references for a later pose or new scene, with a fresh brief and quote. Use WhatsApp for general questions only; add private photos and project details in your account. Decorative keepsakes are not children’s toys.
