Your space / private customer centre
Your story shouldn’t
start from zero every time.
Keep authorised references, saved people or pets, private drafts and submitted projects in one place. Return to a familiar starting point—while every new object keeps its own review.

Four places. Four different jobs.
Saving an image, saving a subject, saving a draft and sending a request are separate actions. Here is where each part belongs.
01 / Reference library
Upload authorised images privately. Uploading saves an image in your library; it does not automatically attach it to a saved subject or send a request.
02 / Saved people & pets
Choose reference images, note the features to keep and save the subject. This reusable profile contains your chosen references and notes—not an automatically editable or printable 3D model.
03 / Private drafts
Choose any saved subjects you want to use, save the brief, then review that saved revision. A draft does not reach the studio until you choose to send it.
04 / My projects
Find the submitted brief, reference number, current status, issued quote and studio conversation. Later notes and references are additions; they do not silently rewrite the original brief or approved scope.
After you send the brief.
Studio / Review
We assess the references and feasibility, ask for missing information and prepare a complete written quote where suitable. An enquiry is not a reserved production slot.
You / Reply & decide
Answer specific questions in the project conversation. Read the current quote, including its version, scope and validity, before accepting. Acceptance does not approve a design.
After quote acceptance: approve payment separately through PayPal. Accepting the quote alone does not charge you. Design follows verified payment; production follows your separate approval of the current design.
No email? Check the project first.
If My projects shows the reference and status, your request is recorded. Do not submit the same brief again. Notifications are currently sent manually and may not arrive immediately. Use the project conversation for help; if no project or confirmation appears, contact the studio before retrying.
The same subject. A new moment.
Start a fresh brief with the people or pets already in your private library. Keep what matters; tell us what changes. You are reusing reference images and notes—not an automatically editable or printable 3D model.
01 / Check your saved subject
Open your own person or pet profile. Review the features and selected photos, and save any updates before starting another brief. Check reference availability and reuse dates in your library.
02 / Make a separate brief
Start a new brief, explicitly select the saved people or pets you want to include, then describe this occasion and any changes. Save, review and send it when ready; opening a link does not submit a request.

What can change for the new piece?
A different outfit, pose, companion, base or scene can be proposed. The studio checks whether the references, scale and detail make that direction practical before quoting. Style references are starting points—not a list of automatically compatible models.
What stays with the original project?
Its submitted brief, quote and approval records remain unchanged. A new request needs its own feasibility review and quote, plus its own design approval before making. It does not inherit an old price, payment, approval or public-display permission. Any new payment needs a separately accepted studio quote and your payment approval.
What if I edit a subject or a reference is unavailable?
Review the current subject details again before submitting any open draft: a saved draft is not a locked model version. Expired, archived or deletion-requested items cannot be reused. Editing a profile or opening a new draft does not renew the original reference period. If something is unavailable, remove it from the new brief and ask the studio what information is needed; see the privacy notice for retention and deletion.
A private library needs more than a login.
Your customer space separates saved notes, fixed project snapshots and requests to delete data. A deletion request is not confirmation that every record or backup has already been erased. Read the privacy notice and the information shown when saving, and use Data & privacy in your account for a request.
